Quarterly retreat for my team yesterday on Nov. 6, 2018, and how could I have a theme of anything but #ElectionDay? Sorry the pic doesn’t capture scent of crescent roll wrapped hot dogs in the toaster oven. Sugar rush from red white and blue cupcakes powered us through important 2019 planning. And yeah, there was definitely some election-induced stress eating. Now let’s just hope the nation is as prepared to move forward as my awesome team is.
